Mark Rabidoux has specialized in mortgage banking issues for more than 30 years, both as in-house counsel and as a private attorney.  His past employment includes the legal departments of a large mortgage company, a bank, and a small savings and loan.  Mark was a partner in the Detroit law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, PC for 8 years representing clients in mortgage banking matters.  He opened his own firm in March, 2005.


Mark is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  Mark earned the designation "Certified Mortgage Banker" from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and has served both the Michigan Mortgage Brokers Association and the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association in various capacities.

Sandy Mamo is a legal assistant who focuses on mortgage licensing issues.  She is familiar with the mortgage license process in all 50 states and is proficient in using the National Mortgage Licensing System ("NMLS").  Sandy helps companies and mortgage loan originators get licensed or registered and submit annual reports.
